Yelah Collection only covers the cost for shipping if the item is faulty or if we have sent the wrong item.
If you the customer don’t like the colour or it’s not the right fit for you or if you want to exchange or return it for any reason (apart from it being faulty or we sent the wrong item) it is your responsibility to cover shipping costs.
For enquiries including returns, exchanges and technical issues, please contact us and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
What happens if you received a faulty/damaged item?
You will be asked to email use at email@example.com and upload a photo or photos of the faulty item and explain the fault along with your name and order number. We will then need to approve your request before you can send the item back. Then we will provide you with all the details to return you item/s.

When will I get my Refund?
Once we have received your item/s and have inspected it we will then contact you to let you know we have received it. We will then also let you know if it is refundable or not refundable.
If your refund is accepted then you will receive Store Credit within 10 working days.
