Shipping

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Dispatch Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days

Shipping Time: Delivery time is between 1-5 working days, depending on your area.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dispatch Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days

Shipping Time: Delivery time is between 2-6 working days, depending on your area.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT DUTY CHARGES: Deliveries to countries outside New Zealand might incur Customs or Import Taxes. Because we don’t have control over Customs or Import Taxes we can not cover these charges, it is up to you the buyer to cover these fees.

 

What happens if you received a faulty/damaged item?

You will be asked to email use at info@yelah.co and upload a photo or photos of the faulty item and explain the fault along with your name and order number. We will then need to approve your request before you can send the item back. Then we will provide you with all the details to return you item/s.

When will I get my Refund?

Once we have received your item/s and have inspected it we will then contact you to let you know we have received it. We will then also let you know if it is refundable or not refundable.

If your refund is accepted then you will receive Store Credit within 10 working days.
